d.a. levy (1942-1968) was a poet from Cleveland Ohio who published numerous letterpress & mimeograph publications, along with multiple poetry journals and the underground newspaper "The Buddhist Third Class Junkmail Oracle." (can we hold hands out here) brings together a number of levy's poems with a selection of his concrete poems form the rare publication Scarab from 1967. This book also includes an essay putting levy's poetry, and his role as a printer / publisher in the small press poetry scene in context. Edited and printed by Jon Beacham. A collaborative publication between Jon Beacham & Alex Decarli
published in an edition of 75 copies. Each issue contains consistent multiples throughout in the mediums of letterpress, screen printing and color photography. Each issue also contains unique collage work, which makes each issue different. The work is laid into letterpress printed envelopes, in a hand numbered edition. The cover and first six images shown here are a part of each issue. Collage work then varies.
A sample of two collages has been provided. This is a collection of original artwork designed to be a private exhibit for the viewer. All work is handmade by these two artists.Price: $100

Edward Sanders - Glyphs: Spring 2011
A collection of unpublished Glyph poems by Edward Sanders. This body of work consists of 19 Glyphs printed letterpress from plates of Ed's original artwork, with two text pieces printed from hand set type. These 19 prints are each 8.5 x 11 inches, and laid into printed envelopes. The group includes Ed's statement on the work, and is signed by him. Printed in a hand numbered edition of 250 copies. This body of work spans four decades of Sanders' poetic career, and covers a broad range of his unique writing style, intellect, and keen sense of humor. A very nice addition to the published works of this important poet, activist, Fug, and fromer Peace Book Store Proprietor & publisher of Fuck You: A Magazine of the Arts. In the fall of 1968, d.a. levy was invited to Madison, Wisconsin to be poet in residence at the new Free University. During his time there he wrote what was later published as The Madison Poems. Among this body of work was a series of concrete poems, and a collection titled Electric Greek Poems. These works have long been out of print, and hard to track down. This publication is a facsimile reprint of that work. The details of the publication is as follows: A 5.5 x 5.5 inch folder containing 19 poems printed on individual card stock. 165 copies.
